Three University of Maryland Medical System hospitals -- the University of Maryland Medical Center (Downtown Campus), UM St. Joseph Medical Center in Towson and UM Baltimore Washington Medical Center in Glen Burnie -- rank among the top five hospitals in the Baltimore region and the state, according to U.S. News & World Report's 2024 Best Hospitals, released today.
