Applicable to Maryland Half Marathon participants only.
We are offering pace groups with Jeff Galloway Intervals. Galloway Program Directors and/or Group leaders who spend much of the year training runners to achieve their personal goals will be doing some of the GALLOWAY pacing. All of our pacers are experienced half marathoners with Personal Records quite a bit faster than the times they will be pacing. They will be using Jeff Galloway’s recommended run/walk/run method and will take walk breaks according to Jeff’s personal instructions.
The following half-marathon GALLOWAY PACE groups will be available:
2:15 GOAL FINISH TIME (1:30 min run/30 sec walk)
2:30 GOAL FINISH TIME (1 min run/30 sec walk)
2:45 GOAL FINISH TIME (30 sec run/30 sec walk)
3:00 GOAL FINISH TIME (30 sec run/30 sec walk)
3:15 GOAL FINISH TIME (15 sec run/30 sec walk)
3:30 GOAL FINISH TIME (15 sec run/30 sec walk)
4:00 GOAL FINISH TIME (10 sec run/30 sec walk)
