Dear Family & Friends,

In addition to participating in the 16th Maryland Half Marathon & 5K on June 1, 2024 to raise money for the fight against cancer, our efforts is to also celebrate Matthew's life,legacy, along with his awesome tenacity in having fought not just Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma & but later AML Leukemia.  Our dear Mackie transitioned January 2022, and now a cherished angel cheering us on.  This endeavor was something he was so passionate & excited about, not just because he was a patient,  but because of the lives he touched, and the countless men he mentored during their collective journey's while in treatment & survivorship.  

We're asking that you rally with us with a mighty effort to help us to meet our fundraising goal.  Every dollar we raise goes directly to the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center (UMGCCC). Since 2009, participants like us have raised more than $6 million to support UMGCCC’s cutting-edge care and groundbreaking research. And this year, we’re going for a new fundraising best.
